Crossfit Training Hours

Monday – Friday (No 6:00pm class on Friday!)

Classes are held every hour on the hour. Members usually show up 5-10 min before the hour to start the warm up and stretch.

– 5:00am-11:00am

CLOSED from 11:00am – 4:00pm

– 4:00pm-7:00pm

Saturday & Sunday

8:00 & 9:00am classes both days!

**Occasionally on the weekends, we hold fun “Track WODs”, “Beach BBQ WODs”, or fun hikes, so please check the “Outside the Box” and “WOD” section of our site for the daily info.

Free Classes available during any class if you want to come try us out! All fitness levels are welcome! Workout with a friend, plus come meet our coaches and members.

If you’re planning to “Drop In” from out of town, or want to come drop in for a free class, please call or register online.

Olympic Weightlifting training is included in your CrossFit H2 membership and is open to anyone no matter your experience level. We obviously train all the Olympic lifts during the daily WODs, however, we tend to dedicate additional time to Olympic technique during the weekend classes.
